Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and trust-building communication
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards for all financial operations
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services while identifying customer needs
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Participate in ongoing training to master new banking technologies and procedures
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in finance/business preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with basic office software and willingness to learn banking systems
- Ability to pass background check and credit verification
