Job Responsibilities
As a Bank Teller Trainee, you will:
- Process daily customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve account inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Accurately balance daily cash drawers and reconcile financial records.
- Introduce and sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Learn and comply with all bank security protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash and make change with high accuracy.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required for our Trainee program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A willingness to obtain necessary banking licenses and certifications.
