Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Open new accounts and assist with account closures or modifications.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all security and compliance protocols.
- Assist in the maintenance of customer records and filing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred but not required for this trainee position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and a credit check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
