Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs and qualifications
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Assist with branch operations including account maintenance and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking procedures and systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail essential
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some evenings
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking systems
- Must pass background check and credit check as required for financial roles
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
