Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, loan applications, and opening new accounts.
- Learn and operate core banking software and teller terminals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports with precision.
- Identify and refer cross-selling opportunities to relationship managers.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
