Responsibilities
- Master cash handling, check processing, and transaction accuracy during paid training period
- Deliver exceptional customer service while learning to resolve account inquiries and process deposits/withdrawals
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures under mentorship
- Develop proficiency in digital banking tools and cross-selling financial products
- Participate in daily branch operations and team performance evaluations
- Complete regulatory compliance training including BSA/AML requirements
- Shadow senior tellers and branch managers for holistic banking knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail with numerical data
- Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced financial environments
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office)
- No prior banking experience required – we provide full training
- Must pass background check and credit assessment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for potential branch rotation
