Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at the teller window.
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Balance cash drawers accurately and reconcile daily reports.
- Sell bank products and services, such as CDs, savings accounts, and loans, to meet customer needs.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers to appropriate specialists.
- Maintain strict compliance with bank policies, regulations, and security procedures.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
