Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and assist with automated teller machine (ATM) troubleshooting.
- Assist in the sales and marketing of bank products and services to meet branch performance goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for savings accounts and credit cards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required for trainees.
- Strong attention to detail and high numerical accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
