Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the teller window.
- Greet customers warmly and resolve inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
- Open new accounts and explain account features and fees clearly.
- Perform end-of-day cash balancing and reconcile daily reports.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic knowledge of arithmetic and cash handling is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
