Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to 50+ customers daily while resolving inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers and maintain daily transaction logs
- Actively cross-sell bank products based on customer needs
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to master new systems and procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 years of customer service or cash handling experience preferred
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Availability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Willingness to obtain required banking certifications
