Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and cross-selling bank products
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise financial records
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Participate in 4-week paid training program covering banking operations and compliance
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Utilize banking software for transaction processing and account maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic cash handling experience preferred (retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Pass background check and credit check
- Availability to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays
