Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services.
- Maintain strict cash handling procedures and balance daily drawers.
- Assist in the maintenance of a safe and secure branch environment.
- Perform various administrative duties to support branch operations.
- Adhere to all bank policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
