Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
- Process a high volume of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments with 100% accuracy.
- Build relationships with customers by identifying their financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Operate bank teller equipment and manage the ATM interface effectively.
- Assist with daily branch operations, including balancing cash drawers and preparing reports.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to bank compliance policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new banking software quickly.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
