Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using provided training.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new software tools and systems.
- Document customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and improve processes.

Qualifications
