Responsibilities
- Assist end-users with basic technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all support tickets and customer interactions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Maintain inventory records for office equipment and software licenses.
- Support the setup and configuration of new devices and workstations for team members.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff to resolve inquiries.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (remote/hybrid options available).
