Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming help desk tickets and support requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal and external clients.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Provide clear, patient, and professional technical support via phone and email.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues.
- Ensure all nightly security protocols and system backups are completed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and internet browsers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid night shift environment.
