Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues for internal staff.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computer workstations and peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets and phone inquiries in a timely manner.
- Install and update antivirus software and security patches.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new network infrastructure.
- Ensure all IT assets are tracked and managed properly.
Qualifications
