Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Document technical issues and solutions in ticketing systems
- Participate in 12-week paid training program covering cloud infrastructure

- Assist with security protocols and data protection measures
