Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ users via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstations and servers
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and group policies
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Splunk
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Coordinate hardware/software deployments across 5 office locations
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
Qualifications
- Associates degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installations
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Spanish language skills a plus (Miami's diverse market)
