Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using ticketing systems
- Install and configure workstations, peripherals, and cloud services
- Document technical procedures and create user documentation
- Collaborate with senior IT engineers on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
- Support onboarding of new employees with IT setup
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during system maintenance
