Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software updates.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and internet protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we support this).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
