Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Manage and update IT inventory and asset tracking systems.
- Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in the deployment of new systems and software updates.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to optimize network performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Certification such as CompTIA A+ is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
