Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems for enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems under mentorship
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles

- Participate in 12-week paid training covering AWS, Microsoft Azure, and security protocols
