Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support: Assist employees with hardware, software, and network connectivity issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Hardware & Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Network Assistance: Monitor network performance and assist in maintaining a secure and stable IT infrastructure.
- User Training: Conduct onboarding sessions to educate staff on company policies and software tools.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all devices are up-to-date with the latest security patches and antivirus software.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable navigating operating systems (Windows, macOS) and web browsers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot common technical errors.
