Responsibilities
- Participate in immersive paid training covering IT infrastructure and support protocols
- Provide Tier-1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system configurations in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting scenarios
- Implement security best practices and system updates under supervision
- Contribute to knowledge base articles for internal training materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification during training
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Nevada residency required for training stipend eligibility
