Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Document incidents and maintain service desk tickets
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues
- Conduct system backups and security updates
- Train end-users on new technologies
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Office Suite)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license preferred
- CompTIA A+ certification (provided post-training)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours
