Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and team members with technical troubleshooting and hardware/software issues.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the senior technical team.
- Perform routine maintenance on company computers, printers, and networking equipment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field a plus.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, web browsing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
