Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and network peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service ticket records
- Assist with network security protocols and system backups
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Participate in user training sessions for new technologies
- Monitor system performance and resolve escalations promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and Active Directory
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow professionally
- Must be authorized to work in the United States immediately
