Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and ticketing systems (Jira/Zendesk).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end-users.
- Manage and maintain network peripherals, printers, and workstations.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT/CIS is a plus).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
