Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across organizational systems

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
