Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access protocols.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Windows OS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
