Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory accounts and user permissions
- Deploy and configure workstations/laptops using imaging tools
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and security alerts
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in occasional server room environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
