Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software (Windows, Mac, printers, scanners).
- Assist in the setup of new employee workstations and network access.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure security and performance.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi) is a plus.
