Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to clients via phone and email during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all tickets and support interactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Conduct routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
