Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for internal clients.
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through continuous training sessions.
- Escalate complex tickets to senior engineers when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies; willingness to undergo training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
