Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal employees and clients.
- Provide tier 1 support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and servers.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs of incidents.
- Collaborate with the network team to monitor system performance and security.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new team members on IT protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to debugging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
