Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with password resets, account management, and software installation.
- Log and track IT support tickets in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Maintain and update computer inventory and asset tracking records.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to diagnose complex technical problems.
- Conduct on-site support and server room maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in CS or IT is a plus).
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we will sponsor training).
