Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime for staff.
- Manage inventory of IT assets and assist in software license management.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.
- Document all help desk tickets and user interactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we provide support).
