Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security updates.
- Support end-users with password resets, email issues, and software installation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking concepts.
