Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to implement IT best practices and security protocols.
- Perform basic network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekend support rotations.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) is a plus.
