Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to employees.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Manage and respond to IT service tickets efficiently using our helpdesk software.
- Conduct basic hardware inventory checks and ensure equipment is properly labeled and stored.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software updates and security patches.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and network concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends during system maintenance windows.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
