Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications
