Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve end-user issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems and peripheral devices
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation and user training
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system health and perform preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer service mindset and patience with technical troubleshooting
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
