Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with employee onboarding including device setup and account provisioning
- Monitor and maintain IT assets including laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Document technical issues and solutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and maintenance projects
- Conduct routine system backups and security audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies through training
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
