Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems, printer errors, and application crashes for a diverse client base.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM database accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to escalate complex issues and learn advanced techniques.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of company devices and networks.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and a passion for learning new technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo a background check.
