Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new user workstations and devices.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify system improvements and perform basic network maintenance.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with basic computer components and operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Eagerness to obtain industry certifications such as CompTIA A+.
