Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office IT infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and respond to system alerts promptly.
- Help end-users with password resets, account access, and application queries.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software and security updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Fundamental understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
