Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on office equipment and network infrastructure.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve internal processes and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and peripherals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and certifications.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
