Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and cloud services
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and incident response procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical projects
- Implement and manage user account administration and access controls
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with helpdesk software (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
