Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT infrastructure issues across Windows and Linux environments
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including threat detection and incident response
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Active Directory
- Document IT processes and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system deployments and upgrades
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (willing to train)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
